People with anxiety and panic symptoms have a response that is out of whack. I've seen the ads that are telling me that drinking chamomile lavender sugar blended tea is going to kill my anxiety symptoms. I know that is a bunch of hooey. But even before you think about sipping tea there are some other things to know about: 1. Do you have a treatment plan? 2. Do you know what ticks you off? 3.
