In this episode, we focus on connecting with others. This time, we are connecting with others through their needs. This is a great thought exercise for any age, or any time you may find yourself working your way out of Stage Three, which will be a lot more often than you expect. This exercise has the tendency to snap you forward into Stage Four very quickly. It increases empathy for yourself and others and gives you a concrete method for connecting to others that is simple and effective.
