He was Airbnb’s Head of Global Hospitality and Strategy for four years, and is currently their Strategic Advisor for Hospitality and Leadership. He also founded Joie de Vivre Hospitality, which created and managed over 50 boutique hotels. He is currently the Founder of Modern Elder Academy, a wisdom school dedicated to helping people navigate midlife.
